Bringing any inspiration, preferred budget and timeline is welcome here, so we can explore more tailored or custom-made options if necessary.
Message us online or call to arrange an appointment in either of our showrooms Consultations usually run 45–60 minutes and cover design goals, stone options, budget and timelines. We’ll curate diamonds or gemstones for you to view in our Melbourne CBD showroom and provide a clear proposal before you proceed.
For those to the southwest of the city, our Geelong showroom is also available for appointments.
Yes. Our Bourke Street jewellers guide your custom-made needs from concept to completion: diamond or gemstone selection, metal choice and finishing details. You can view stones under magnification and compare options in different lighting. We provide clear quotes before crafting begins in our Melbourne workshop.
Most custom orders are completed within four to six weeks, depending on the design.
We only deal with responsibly sourced stones, with suppliers strictly adhering to the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme and its respective bodies of governance. Many diamonds are also independently certified from global laboratories such as the GIA, ensuring transparency and responsible practices across our business.
In addition to Bourke Street, we also welcome clients at our Geelong showroom. We’re a short walk from Geelong Station and close to Eastern Beach, with easy parking nearby for a relaxed visit.
